We are The Fashion Collective at ASU: the intersection of design and social policy within a growing network of young creatives, artists, and entrepreneurs.
Utilizing innovative production strategies and implementing collaborative sustainability initiatives within the community, our goal as a Collective is to de-linearize the fashion industry into a circular economy. Dedicated to ethical design rather than profit-based business models, we seek to mobilize the impacts of the fashion industry into something of authenticity, transparency, inclusion, and ethical integrity. Our weekly meetings focus on fashion education & accessibility, student-led workshops, and conversation on contemporary runway, technological advancements, artistic movements, and the impact of clothing on the economic and social world.
