I am interested in becoming a member of New Venture Group! How do I join? 

NVG applications occur early in the fall semester of each school year. A select group of applicants will subsequently be invited to participate in a behavioral and case interview. Please refer to the NVG website or social media platforms for further information and deadlines.  

 

Who can join New Venture Group? 

Undergraduate students of any discipline, enrolled in at least three (3) semester hours of University credit at ASU are encouraged to apply! Membership in NVG is selective through an application and deliberation process.   


What do New Venture Group members do? 

NVG Members participate in a two-fold approach to learning: firm and client work. Firm work consists of weekly Friday meetings (2-4pm) with curriculum that stems straight from the likes of Bain, McKinsey and BCG. Members learn essential consulting skills, practice case studies and engage in workshops and events. In regards to client work, since our founding in 2008, we have engaged and completed over a hundred projects pro bono. With experience working for a wide range of clients--from Fortune 100 companies to local non-profit organizations--our consultants leverage intellectual curiosity and lateral thinking to consistently deliver results at every phase of an engagement.     


What types of companies does New Venture Group have engagements with?

NVG’s engagement portfolio varies from year to year with clients being curated on NVG member industry and function preference. Recent client industries include but are not limited to: government, healthcare, software/technology, hospitality, and asset management.
